Trafalgar Square Spycraft Adventure Experience

Take on a clandestine mission to catch a mole for the intelligence services. Follow a trail of cryptic clues & directions sent to your mobile phone. Show yourself a true patriot and help the nation in its hour of need. But which nation? Learn the back routes & backchannels of spycraft. Visit dead-drops, check for signals & work out the key to decipher a cryptic message that will make you a hero or a villain. It’s your call.
This 2+ hour adventure through the shadows is a journey, not a race. There are endless opportunities to step off the trail for breaks & refreshments or to explore points of interest at your leisure. The route is chosen for its beauty, relative quiet and historical interest. Our directions are playfully disguised but not hard to follow. Our clues are artfully contrived but always staring you in the face.  All you need is your phone and a steady nerve.

There is no guide to meet you: your guide is your phone! Activate your gamecode using a UK mobile number, then choose a team name & add team members. When your team is ready and assembled in Trafalgar Square, the Team Leader can text BEGIN to the SideWalks number to start the game.

YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR GAMECODE VIA THE TRIPADVISOR ’TICKET' LINK. IT WILL BE GENERATED MANUALLY AND SENT TO YOU BY TEXT. You don’t need a time slot: turn up and play any day, any time during daylight hours. All you need is a mobile phone with a UK number. Get an e-SIM with a UK number for as little as £5 (eg from Lycamobile).
The game is for adults or teens with an interest in history, puzzles & walking.

This is an adventure walk, not a race, so move at your own pace & stop at any time for a drink or a rest or to explore a place of interest en route. Play on your own terms: don't feel you have to hurry or solve every clue. Use Google Maps or text HELP, HINT or SKIP to get through the game faster.

The game is wheelchair & buggy accessible with 6 step-free detours so you miss nothing. It is 6.5km & starts/ends at Trafalgar Square.

Activate your gamecode, choose a team name, join team members then text BEGIN to start your game. You receive a reply setting the scene & giving cryptic directions to the next location using mainly anagrams & visual landmarks. There will be clues to solve; and all your answers will build towards a final solution to be revealed at the end of the game.
