The tour covers a fair amount of distance at a reasonable pace, but if you can keep up then everybody is welcome!
Kids are also welcome if they're good walkers! We suggest ages 12 above, but you know your kids best of course.
You don't need to be a superhero to take part in the City Hike, but a reasonable fitness level is recommended. We move at around average walking pace for approx. 3 to 3.5 hours with some short comfort breaks.
