At the time you have booked, this experience will start at the Tower of London, and end at the Monument later in the afternoon
Meet your host outside the West Gate entrance, located at 5BT, Tower Place West, 50 Lower Thames Street (across from the Tower of London shop). Your host will be wearing a uniform with our company name
Please arrange your Monument visit time with your host. Entry times are from 2-5pm. The Monument is located on Fish St Hill, a 10 minute walk from the Tower of London
Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the Monument audio guide before arrival. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring your own headphones
The Monument has a narrow, winding staircase of 311 steps. This experience is not recommended for people with limited mobility, claustrophobia or vertigo
Due to limited space in the viewing gallery, a maximum of 33 people are allowed inside at any one time. Wait times of up to 30 minutes to enter the Monument can be expected
