We recommend this tour for people from approx 9 years/150 cm tall who knows how to ride a bike. We cycle on easy cycled 7-16 gear bikes, a combination between a city bike and a mountain bike. We suggest you wear comfortable clothes and have a look at the weather forecast. All participants are responsible for their own security on a tour.
Please make sure you’re at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts so you don’t miss the tour
