Suitable for anyone who's ridden a bike with a clutch before, these motorcycle sessions are beginner friendly and cover every aspect of positioning, balance, braking and accelerating, offering constant guidance as you power around the Ribble Valley landscape. The day progresses in stages so you can challenge yourself and improve your technique, plus you get a hot lunch to keep you fuelled. We supply the bike and all the riding gear as well as full tuition throughout the day. The sessions are delivered in a relaxed manner that can be enjoyed by anyone who has a basic understanding of trials biking.
The day starts on flattish ground doing figures of 8 so the instructor can assess rider ability. This also allows the rider time to get used to the bike and get their body position in the correct position before progressing onto the sections. The instructor will flag out various sections throughout the day with each one becoming a little more challenging as the rider begins to progress.
On the day…
On arrival head into the shop where you will sign on, get kitted up and enjoy a tea/coffee/lunch before heading out.
- Please arrive 45 minutes before your experience starts to ensure the day starts on time.
- Training usually starts off in figures of 8 to get your body position into the correct position before advancing.
- As the day progresses, sections become more challenging.
- You will get a lunch break for 45 minutes to an hour, please advise of dietary requirements.
- Head back out for the afternoon.
- Finish the day with refreshments.
On the day…

What to bring
- Your own bike and riding gear (if you are booked on BYOB).
- We can supply the bike, riding gear (trials pants, jersey, boots, helmet and gloves), a hot homemade lunch and refreshments.
- Waterproof pants and jackets are available to purchase on the day.

- A hot homemade lunch is provided – please let me know if you have any dietary requirements
- Drinks and cakes/biscuits are also provided
- Extra lunches for spectators are available at £8 per person – please let me know if extra lunches are required
Lockers
- Lockers are available free of charge.
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 15 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
