Your Quest will begin at the entrace to Dane John Gardens off Watling Street. The app will guide you through the rest of your adventure. You can start your adventure whenever you choose, although we strongly suggest you begin your Quest so you can complete it during daylight hours.

Following in the footsteps of the medieval pilgrims, your Quest begins in Dane John Gardens, rich in Roman history then winds you through the city’s picturesque streets and ending at the famous Christ Church Gates of Canterbury Cathedral. Along the way learn about famous Roman roads and scandalous assassinations, discover ancient castle ruins, walk along the Stour and maybe travel down one of the most haunted streets in all of England!

As the Quest is self guided you can:

* Go as fast as you want and try to top the leaderboard, or go at your own pace, stopping for rest breaks along the way.
