Joining an experienced instructor in a secluded woodland setting, you'll begin your day with an introduction to the practices and principles of bushcraft. You'll learn a variety of survival skills including firelighting techniques, camp craft and shelter building, with the ability to explore more skills tailored to the interests of the group. With your inner survivalist engaged, you'll move onto practicing field archery in a woodland range. Shooting 'off piste' targets that travel through trees, uphill and around obstacles, this is no ordinary archery session!
A unique day that's sure to leave you with some essential skills, this Bushcraft and Field Archery Day is an ideal experience gift for outdoor enthusiasts.

A fantastic day immersed in the woods. Learn essential bushcraft survival skills including different firelighting techniques (no matches) magnesium striker, traditional flint and steel. Camp craft involves knife skills making tent pegs / mallets / spoons / natural cordage. Shelter building using bashas to name but a few. Bushcraft is a vast area of possible skills we can explore.
Field archery is NOT standing in a field shooting at a target - Our woodland ranges are unique and will have you shooting interesting targets 'off piste' - through the trees, uphill to downhill and around obstacles. More of a traditional archery hunter experience, however we absolutely do not condone hunting animals for sport! A great woodland day for all ages 12+ - no previous experience required.
Please wear suitable outdoor clothing for the conditions, bring lunch and drinks.
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 15 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
