What to expect:
Via del Lonchio, 14
Privately chauffeured from Florence city center to the Southern rolling hills, you'll first start with a privately guided 1h hilly country trail horse ride customized for absolute beginners as well as for more experienced riders and you will enjoy the spectacular Tuscany landscape thru' vineyards and olive groves on horseback of our very responsive horses.
After the ride you will be transferred to the meeting with a professional truffle hunter and his trained dogs to learn everything about the truffles variety and seasonality and how to experience a profitable truffle hunt.
Once the dogs suddenly sniff the truffle maybe more than one time during the 1h15 walk in a forest and the truffle is digged out the hunter will let you take it in your hands and finally smell it.
A full Tuscan Lunch with an authentic juicy menu (with at least a truffle based dish) and washed with the best local wine will then be held in a luxury restaurant surrounded by the famous Chianti rolling hills.
The return to Florence will be smooth and relaxing after this one day full immersion tour in the Tuscany countryside, nature, flavours and after some adventurous experiences.
