The first stop is Fiesole, a charming hilltop town overlooking Florence. Along the way, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the picturesque hills and vineyards that define the region.
Once in Fiesole, you’ll have time to explore the medieval town on your own.
The tour offers two options for a delightful experience:
- Morning/Standard Option: Visit a traditional local olive mill, where a special olive oil tasting awaits. Sample some of the finest Tuscan extra virgin olive oils, accompanied by 1 glass of wine.
- Afternoon/Relaxation Option: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool of the estate while sipping a glass of fine Tuscan wine and savoring a delicious bruschetta.

To participate in this tour, you must have good physical condition and prior experience in riding a bicycle. Before departure, a short test ride will be conducted: those who are unable to ride the bicycle safely will not be allowed to take part in the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the missed experience
The minimum height required to ride the electric bikes is 150 cm (4'11"), and the minimum age to participate in the tour is 14 years
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for cycling. During the summer season, the use of hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen is advised
All participants must carefully follow the guide’s instructions and obey traffic regulations. The organization is not responsible for any accidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to comply with safety rules
Electric bikes require a minimum level of coordination and riding skills. It is essential to be able to handle the weight of the bike, especially when going downhill
The MORNING slot includes olive oil tasting in a charming estate located in the hills of Fiesole
The AFTERNOON slot includes the access to the estate's swimming pool with a nice aperitivo (1 glass of wine + 1 bruschetta)
In case of bad weather, the pool will not be accessible. Instead, an olive oil tasting will take place in the afternoon.

Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
