Dal 2010 insegno cucina italiana nel mio B&B. Unitevi a me nella mia cucina per un corso pratico di cucina: vi aiuterò a preparare un menù di 3 portate con ingredienti locali e di stagione, gusterete cibo genuino e buon vino toscano sulle più belle terrazze panoramiche con vista su Firenze.
La location è molto rilassante, lontana dalla confusione e dal caldo della città, immersa nel verde e molto panoramica. Sarà un'esperienza da ricordare!

Departure from Piazza Libertà Bus N° 25A Pratolino with stop at Montorsoli Bolognese di Basciano. Our villa is located 3 minutes from the bus stop.

Il nostro corso di cucina è ideale per chi ha poco tempo ma vuole vivere questa esperienza.
Il nostro corso di cucina si svolge in una villa privata a soli 10 km dal centro di Firenze. Vi aiuterò a preparare un menù di 3 portate con ingredienti locali e di stagione. La location è molto rilassante, lontana dalla confusione e dal caldo della città, immersa nel verde e molto panoramica.
Il programma include:
17:00 Ritrovo presso la Villa dove si svolge il corso di cucina.
17:20 Drink di benvenuto e inizio del corso di cucina con menù di 3 portate. Tastino del nostro olio con la bruschetta , pasta fatta in casa (tagliatelle al pomodoro fresco e basilico), contorni (bocconcini di pollo all'aceto balsamico con insalata e frutta fresca di stagione), o a scelta (cheese cake ripieno di frutta fresca e rucola).
19:15 Cena servita al tramonto sull'ampia terrazza panoramica da cui si possono ammirare Firenze e Fiesole, godendosi l'aria fresca, in un ambiente semplice e rilassante.
