Live an authentic food and wine experience in the heart of Piedmont in Turin l first Capital of Italy! In a welcoming and familiar atmosphere — in a contemporary wine shop — a typical Piedmontese dinner consisting DA 3 courses awaits you, each paired with a carefully selected local wine.
During the evening, a local wine Expert will guide you through the tasting, telling you curiosities about native grapes. Each dish will be prepared with seasonal ingredients, enhancing the gastronomic excellence of the area.
The menu includes :
Appetizer: the merenda sinoira, a mix of typical Piedmontese appetizers, 6 - 8 tastings depending on the season.

First course: Tajarin with anchovies or alternatively with Bra sausage

Sweet : panna cotta or Langhe hazelnut cake
