Tuscany Jewelry Making and Blacksmithing Workshop

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and discover the hidden treasures of Tuscany! A very special experience awaits you in an inviting workshop. Under the guidance of an experienced goldsmith, you will immerse yourself in the fascinating world of blacksmithing and learn how to create your own piece of jewelry. You will have the opportunity to experience this traditional Tuscan craft at first hand. You will be guided through the creative process - from melting the metal to polishing your piece of jewelry. The atmosphere is individual and personal, and the workshop is tailored to the age of the group. You don't need any experience - everyone will get there. There will be a snack from the region in between. You can also bring old jewelry, melt it down and give it a new life. You will take home a very personal souvenir - a memento of your trip to picturesque Tuscany

From Fornacette you drive up the mountain in the direction of Polvereto. After about 1.5 km turn left onto the dirt road, in Via Montetermini. After about 300m, after a tight right-hand bend, the parking place is in front of my rose-colored house on the right-hand side. I await my guests there.

Pick-up from Florence (Porta Romana) possible for a surcharge of 120€ return transportation (to be paid on site)Treat yourself to some time out and immerse yourself in the world of goldsmithing in my air-conditioned workshop and let yourself be enchanted! In just four hours (9.30-13.30 or 14.30-18.30) you will have the opportunity to create your own personal piece of jewelry to take home as a souvenir. Creativity knows no bounds! You can also bring old jewelry (including gold) that we can melt down and turn into a new piece of jewelry. Heirlooms from parents or grandparents add to the value. No previous experience is necessary - everyone is able to create something with their own hands! Under my guidance, you will learn how to melt and solder silver, and you will actively roll plates or pull wire, depending on what you want to make. Using a saw, file, hammer and polishing tools, you will transform the raw material into a beautiful piece of jewelry that tells your story. While you work creatively, I will prepare a delicious snack from the region for you - a little refreshment in between. So just bring your desire to discover the magic of forging - I look forward to creating unforgettable memories with you!
