Milan Climbing and Mindfulness Experience

In addition to the involvement of the whole body in climbing, the mental and emotional aspect plays an important role. You climb with body and mind, with particular attention during the climb to managing fatigue, breathing, and improving our ability to decipher and interpret the various passages that present themselves to us.
Climbing is often compared to Yoga or other "meditative" disciplines, and shares with them the cultivation of being increasingly present in the moment, to calm the mind and find oneself.
The climbing experience, in Rockspot, takes place on artificial walls with heights from 12 to 16 meters, slabs or vertical.

We are in Via Gaudenzio Fantoli 11 in Milan, easily reachable from the eastern ring road, exit VIA FANTOLI - C.A.M.M. or with Tram 27 from the centre of Milan. The gym has a large car park.

At Rockspot you can try the climbing experience in complete safety.
An hour of experience alone or sharing with friends, always assisted by our instructors.
This is an opportunity aimed at anyone who is attracted to CLIMBING and wants to try without the commitment of a course.
No particular physical skills are necessary. At the end of the experience, you will be our guest for an aperitif sharing the experience you have just had.
