Immerse yourself in a unique sensory journey, where the sea blends with inner tranquility. Aboard a boat masterfully conducted by the captain, a yoga expert will guide a meditation session that will take you away from everyday stress, leading you towards psychophysical well-being.

In an intimate and private setting, for 1 to 4 people, the experience is designed to regenerate body and mind through deep breathing techniques, which help relax the mind and regain balance.

The session will be enriched by sound baths with Tibetan bells in front of Portofino, capable of creating deep vibrations that amplify relaxation and give a feeling of absolute peace.
