They started their activity a century ago and the same family has been running the business ever since! Learn the traditional family cooking secrets brought to us by the beloved grandmother and her decades of preparing the same dishes for the family members as for the restaurant customers.

What to expect:
Come 'na Vorta Pasta e Vino - Santa Dorotea
This is a hands on, interactive workshop where you'll learn, following the instructions of our expert guides, how to make fresh pasta dough with which you'll be making your very own hand made fettuccine. You'll also learn how to make soft pillowy gnocchi. Finally, you'll make your very own tiramisù, starting with the famous mascarpone cream and then having fun putting all the ingredients together for one of Italy's most famous and beloved desserts.
Afterwards, you'll be able to sit down and enjoy the fettuccine ad gnocchi paired with local traditional wines and of course, the delicious tiramisù for dessert!
