Parmesan And Ham Factory TourA fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley to discover two world-class products: Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham.
After your short train ride, from Bologna or Modena, we'll meet in Parma and head to a dairy producer to see live the different stages of Parmigiano Reggiano production. At the end, enjoy a small tasting of two different ages accompanied by some local wine.
Afterwards, we will head to the hills and visit a ham factory to learn about the production and characteristics of Parma Ham. At the end of the visit, you will taste some prosciutto with a glass of wine before returning to the Parma train station.
