Amalfi Pizza Making and Scenic Tasting

Do you want to experience a unique emotion in which pizza and panorama blend
to make your holiday special?
With this experience you will learn how to knead
authentic Neapolitan pizza, inspired by the breathtaking panorama of
Amalfi and in my company! I will be happy to convey the enthusiasm for
my land and for the flavors of our local cuisine.
I like to call it “experience” because I am sure that at the end
of the day spent together, you will bring home unique memories that

The itinerary includes:
 The demonstration of how to knead pizza and your staff
moment to test yourself;
 The seasoning phase using only quality products and
non-commercial and cooking;
 The tasting of the pizza you will prepare;
 The discovery of a local dish that I will be happy to make you
taste.
Water and wine are included.
Free for you: the apron and a diploma of “pizza maker”.

Meeting with guests in Piazza Municipio and we will reach the
location with a municipal lift (ticket included).

What to expect:

Piazza Municipio

Upon arrival on the terrace a small welcome will be offered.
Afterwards guests will prepare to live the experience
of the class with the delivery of the necessary.
We will then begin the “lesson”, knowing the secrets that only a
pizza maker art knows.
This will be followed by the seasoning and cooking of the pizza.
We will then serve lunch consisting of pizzas, a surprise dish
of local tradition and drinks, enjoying the breathtaking view
of the location.
The experience will end with the delivery of the diploma, the
apron and a souvenir photo with Leonardo.
