Cooking Calss With Full Salento DinnerIf you want to immerse yourself in the real cuisine of Lecce and Salento, come to my house where I am waiting to teach you the art of homemade pasta with simple ingredients.
together we will cook a Salento menu full of delicious scents.
We will make the pasticciotto that is the most famous dessert in Lecce and then we will make the coffee Leccese, the coffee that has bewitched all tourists in the world. I will use only top quality ingredients, always preferring local products and farmers with the use of organic products! Come and cook and eat with me, a menu also suitable for vegetarians.
We'll make pasta with our hands and a rolling pin and we'll make orecchiette and macaroni just like my grandmother did.

We will make two types of fresh homemade pasta together. A unique sauce made with tomato sauce and cacioricotta.
A second course that will be meat or vegetables depending on request and for dessert the famous pasticciotto Leccese.
Finally we will taste the delicious Lecce coffee based on Lecce coffee and the best almond milk of Salento!

We will make orecchiette and macaroni with tomato sauce, then we will add cacioricotta and basil.
