Welcome to my home in Bari, where I will guide you through an authentic Apulian culinary experience. We'll begin with a brief introduction to the fresh, local ingredients we'll use, followed by the preparation of traditional appetizers. You'll be able to choose from an illustrated menu, allowing you to customize the experience to your tastes. The link to your menu selection will be sent to you upon booking. We'll then prepare two traditional Bari and Italian first courses, all made with fresh pasta, selected together from the illustrated menu. Finally, we'll prepare tiramisu together, the famous dessert loved the world over... but with my personal touch! Once finished, we'll sit down to share everything we've cooked, accompanied by unlimited local wine. A convivial, authentic, and informal moment to experience Bari through its most authentic and familiar flavors. You'll return home with recipes, stories, and aromas that evoke the cuisine of yesteryear. After booking, you will be sent a photographic menu containing 8 appetizers, 4to choose from, and 15 Italian pasta first courses, 2 to choose from. The dessert will be made with you and the meal includes water and local 14° red wine.
