At the meeting location you will begin your culinary journey on the Spice of Life tour. Meet your host who will accompany you to four different locations. At each location a tasting that represents the culture is waiting for you. Hear the stories of the restaurant owners, meet the chefs, travel around the globe on a plate!
This progressive dinner is curated to ensure that you sample the most popular dishes that best represent the cultures. Your host, Lise will also share the history of the spices most often used in the various cuisines. Learn about the history of these spices and discover that spice doesn't always mean "spicy".
