Stroll the scenic lakeshore trail and capture postcard-perfect views, rent a canoe and glide across the crystal-clear waters, or simply relax on a bench and take in the tranquil mountain atmosphere. For those seeking adventure, Lake Louise is a gateway to some of Banff National Park’s most celebrated hikes: Lake Agnes Tea House, Little Beehive & Big Beehive, and Plain of Six Glaciers.

Minimum Age: 6 years. For safety and comfort, we cannot accommodate children under 6.
You will receive your specific pickup time by email at least 2–3 days prior to your tour date. Please make sure to check for this email, as your pickup time will depend on your selected location.
Our tours proceed rain, shine, or snow (yes, even in the summer!). However, in extreme weather conditions, we prioritize your safety and comfort—so we’ll either reschedule your tour or offer a refund.
The mornings at Moraine Lake is chilly! Dress in layers to stay warm and ready for unpredictable mountain weather.
In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.
No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
We require at least 4 guests for the tour to proceed. If we don’t reach this minimum number, we will offer you options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
