During winter months, our vehicle is equipped with winter tires to safely navigate the mountain roads. Though this is a public tour, the group size is kept small (no more than 14 guests per tour).

Peyto Lake

Lake Louise

Closed for construction in 2019 and 2020, Peyto Lake viewpoint now has an expanded viewing platform. The viewing platform being at 2115 meters above sea level, the highest point of the Icefield Parkway, offers a view of layers of mountains behind mountains.

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

World famous Lake Louise, with Victoria Glacier as the backdrop! Beside the lake it is the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise hotel. During summer, canoe rental is available. During winter, activities include horse-drawn sleigh ride, skating on the lake and snow shoeing the wooded trails. Skate and snowshoe rental available at the hotel.

Lake Minnewanka

Minnewanka means Water of the Spirits in the Stoney Nakoda language. It is the largest lake in Banff National Park, measuring 21 km long, and 142 meters deep. A dam was built in 1912 and again in 1941 to help power Banff with hydroelectric power.
