Stretching along the southern coast of Victoria, Australia, is a 243-kilometer coastal road known as the Great Ocean Road, which is halled as "the most spectacular coastal route in the world". Setting out from Melbourne, we drove westward, experiencing the flrrting sensation of traversing thousands of miles along the Great Ocean Road. We will explore at least 6 most famous attractions: Loch Ard Gorge- Razorback- 12 Apostles- Apollo Bay- Kennett River- Split Point Lighthouse.

Twelve Apostles

The Twelve Apostles were originally known as the "Sow and Piglets", the mother pig and her little offspring. The early settlers renamed the rock formation after the disciples of Jesus Christ. You will notice that there are not actually twelve "Apostles", and we're not sure if there ever were. These are the world's tallest limestone stacks and, without a doubt, the most recognizable attraction in Victoria.
