Experience Overview:
Gin Making Experience In NunawadingThis masterclass is one of the more unique Gin experiences available in Victoria. Be ready to be a true Distiller using our individual Copper Alembic Stills imported from Portugal.
This is a full Gin making experience. First we will take you through Gin’s interesting and colourful past. Then we provide you with an understanding of the science and process of fermentation and distillation. After that you will meet “Dudley”, our 500 litre Australian made Copper Still, that makes all our favourite Gin recipes.
Then the real fun begins. You will have full access to our botanical wall, a purpose designed layout where you can select botanicals based on the flavour profile you want in your final Gin. You will be using real botanicals, placed in your own Still to create your own spirit. It doesn’t get better than that!
Whilst waiting for the magic to happen you have a tour of the distillery followed by a tasting session of the Puss and Mew range of Gins. This will be accompanied by a lunch spread including a range of hot sharing plates and meat and cheese platters.

All participants must be over the legal age of 18 years in order to participate and consume alcohol. No children under the age of 18 are able to attend during this event.
Please note that the kitchen can use nuts, seeds, sesame, soy products, dairy products, eggs, gluten, wheat flour, shellfish and seafood. Every attempt can be made to address dietary requests though no guarantee can be provided.

Like all good stories, ours began over a tall glass of gin, shared with friends. This quickly became an addiction. Not to alcohol, but to the art of combining botanicals to craft the perfect sensory experience. So, we left our previous lives to pursue our passion and create something completely bespoke – our very own craft gin.
But good things take time! We spent two years sampling, experimenting and learning distillation processes using the latest techniques and technologies. Then the fun began when we experimented with different botanical combinations that were tested by our tribe of gin enthusiasts, including bartenders, industry colleagues, family and friends.
We now love to share what we have learnt with our guests and you also get to try some cracking Gin!
