Dinner is a thoughtful and regionally focused menu, served over three courses. Our chefs have created a menu that highlights the multicultural influences that make Sydney cuisine so special and used an array of fresh and beautiful New South Wales & Australian ingredients. Dinner is paired with a selection of beers, wines, soft drinks and tea or coffee. Our wines have been hand selected by our sommelier from some of the finest wine regions in New South Wales – so wine lovers are in for a real treat!

We depart from Darling Harbour and begin our cruise towards the Sydney Harbour Bridge. We then pass the iconic Sydney cityscape and Sydney Opera House. There’s plenty of room on board, and with expansive top, fore and after decks, you can get 360-degree views of iconic attractions as we sail past.
