Conditions of Riding:
- Once mounted on the horse, if your child is too nervous to ride or unable to control their horse, your ride will change to a 30-minute private family ride where an instructor will be allocated to lead your child. No refunds will be given for this change, so please make sure you have booked carefully.
- Children under the age of 13 years must have a parent or guardian riding also.
Cancellations & Refunds
Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 8 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
