The terms and Conditions set out are the terms on which you book and travel on any cruise operated by AquaMarine - Port Stephens Pty Ltd trading as AquaMarine Adventures. **Booking and Cancellation Policy** - All passengers are carried at their own risk. Whilst all care is taken to ensure the safety of our passengers, AquaMarine - Port Stephens accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage or loss of property caused whilst aboard the vessel or during any cruise. * All cruises are dependent on suitable weather and sea conditions * Minimum numbers apply. * In the event of cancellation by AquaMarine Adventures (due to adverse sea/weather conditions or minimum numbers not being met), cruise may be rescheduled, alternatively, a full refund will be given. * 24 hours notice is required for customer cancellations. Full refund will be provided less a 20% administration fee. * No refund issued in the event of cancellations without sufficient notice or for late arrivals. * Change of departure date/time incurs no charge but is subject to availability. - Should a cruise not operate for any reason, guests will be given the opportunity to reschedule or offered a full refund. - All cruises must be paid in full at the time of booking. - Cancellation of a booking up to 24hrs before departure may incur a 20% handling fee. - No refund will be issued should ticket-holders fail to travel on a booked cruise, or for cancellations where there is less than 24hrs notice. - Tickets are non-transferable. The child fare applies to any person between the ages of 10 - 14year. Concession rate includes full time students and Australian seniors/pension card holders. ##Terms & Conditions of Travel - - AquaMarine - Port Stephens reserves the right to refuse entry of a passenger onboard the vessel. It is at the Masters sole discretion to require a passenger to disembark the vessel. - AquaMarine Adventures reserve the right to cancel, abandon or vary any cruise. The company will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by passengers. - The company reserves the right to cancel a cruise due to insufficient bookings. - The passenger acknowledges that during the cruise, the vessel will be and will remain under the absolute control of the company, and that the direction and control of the vessel and it's crew is at all times the sole responsibility of the Master of the vessel. - AquaMarine Adventures does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to; war, civil disturbance, fire , flood, unusually sever weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any authorities, failure of machinery (including vessel engines) or equipment or industrial action. - Please no smoking is not permitted on any of our cruises - Fares and itinerary are always subject to variation without notice. These terms are an integral part of the contract between passengers and AquaMarine - Port Stephens Pty Ltd. When your booking is confirmed, it will be deemed at all times that you have read, understood and accepted the conditions hereof, and agreed to the terms herein contained.
