Start your class with an Oyster Pearl Martini and freshly shucked Sydney Rock oyster to set the tone. From here, learn a bit about this iconic drink and how to make three mini martini styles - Classic, 50/50 and a Vesper Martini. Enjoy a selection of olives and focaccia throughout the session!
