I wouldn't call it a memorable experience. Best part was the commentary. The guide was knowledgeable but the overall experience was not!

Interesting

The cruise neatly complements, and can be taken in conjunction with, the Bombing of Darwin experience at the RFS on Stokes Hill Wharf. We learnt a lot about the dreadful day in Darwin in February 1942. The guide was informative and amusing but we wished for more information about Darwin 1942 and less commentary on Northern Territory 21st century politics.

The tour provided an excellent understanding of the extreme dangers that faced Australia during World War Two and how close Australia was to the possibility of a land invasion from enemy forces.
