Your experience begins when you meet your guide at the foot of the mountain. They'll lead your group up to the spot from which you'll be abseiling, so look out over the ocean as you hike up the mountain and get excited for what's to come! After you're fully equipped and have received your safety briefing, your guide will securely fasten your gear to the abseiling apparatus so you can begin your thrilling descent down the side of Table Mountain. You'll be rappelling down the cliff face at 1067 metres above sea level, with unbeatable views of the scenery on all sides. As your heart races and you make your way back down to the ground, you'll feel exhilarated and proud of your accomplishment!
