Motion Sickness
If you are prone to motion sickness, you are advised to take motion sickness tablets before the trip.

4 guests are required to run a trip.
Weather
Water temperature varies from 10°C to 16°C.
In the event of a cancellation due to unsafe weather, you should receive notification 24 hours before arrival.
Indemnity
All passengers are required to sign an indemnity form prior to departure of the activity.
If a guest refuses to sign the indemnity form, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity.
The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for minors under 18 years.
Any unaccompanied child 18 or under requires the indemnity to be signed by a parent/legal guardian prior to the activity.
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
