Happy Mother's Day! Spend some time as Mother and child on a Group Horseback Ride.

Rides times available 10:30am and 3:30pm for a Group 90 minute Ride (booked with other riders) on Sunday, May 14, 2023.

Please note this is for Mother's & child at $120 for the two riders. Riders must be over the age of 7 in order to ride. If you have additional riders, they will be charged at the full rider rate of $65 per person.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that everyone wears helmets, which we provide at no charge.

KOLI Equestrian Center is located in Chandler and serves the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. We have customers that come from all over the country to enjoy horseback riding. We cater to riders, from the novice to experienced, singles to large groups, and families with children. Our horseback rides are enjoyed by customers that simply want an experience on a horse in the Arizona sunshine.

Additional Experience Details & Important Information

We want to make sure your ride departs on schedule so please be on time. We ask that you be at our center 15 minutes prior to the scheduled ride time or meet our van driver just outside of the hotel lobby at the time stated when making the reservation.

If you have minor children that are not yours, please ensure you have a completed waiver by the parent or legally court appointed guardian (relatives other than actual parent cannot complete waiver for a minor). We do not allow double riding (adult with child on one horse not allowed).

We appreciate your cooperation and preparedness for the ride.

There's plenty of time on this casual ride for pictures as our guides lead you through the mesquite trees and many other desert plants, shrubs, cacti and wildlife on the trail. If you want a picture on the horse, the wrangler will be more than happy to take one for you when you return back from the ride.

Please note WE DO NOT RUN our horses due to the desert terrain and ground burrowing animals for the riders, and horses safety. You must listen to and remain with our staff at all times.

Cancellations & Refunds

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 2 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.

All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.

Horseback riding at Koli Equestrian Center is suitable for beginners and advanced riders. Private and group trail rides are available. We offer an experience well beyond traditional head to toe riding. We strive to properly introduce new riders to the sport of western horseback riding on gentle horses. At Koli Equestrian Center, Horseback Trail Riding is available 7 days per week, year round. We are just minutes away from Central Phoenix where our 2400 acre property is home to some of the most breathtaking scenes in all of the Southwest.

You can make any of our trail rides private (cost is a little more) with just you and a guide conducting your horseback trail ride. These Private Rides give you the opportunity to stop anywhere for pictures and to set the pace at your own speed whether it is walk only or trot. Our guide will strive to make your ride an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Whether a Group or Private guided horseback ride, we ride across over 2400 acres across the Gila River Indian Reservation. Beautiful Arizona landscaping featuring mountains in the distance, and native Arizona trees and plants. We will ride on tribal lands, rich in history, with the most magnificent views Southern Arizona has to offer.
