This wildlife encounter takes you to the islands top snorkeling spots in the ruggedly spectacular, Shoalwater Islands Marine Park, to experience the best of the local marine life, above and below the water. The comfortable vessel allows for safety and enjoyment, as you dive in to discover this incredible marine park beneath the surface. Enjoy a gourmet grazing platter, including a delicious array of seafood selections as you cruise. Dietary requirements can be catered to (please notify Reservations Staff).
Look out for wild Bottlenose Dolphins, explore limestone reefs and rocky outcrops, meet the local marine bird life and frolic with the rarest sealions in the world. All equipment is provided and our highly trained and experienced crew will introduce you to snorkelling with an emphasis on safety and environmental awareness, so you can make the most of your wild encounter in wild luxury. They will also point out the best wildlife spotting opportunities of the day. Wild dolphins, rare Australian Sea Lions, pelican rookeries, and birds of prey are regularly sighted and our friendly crew will get you right amongst the action!
We provide wetsuits, mask and snorkels, fins, and flotation devices. Onboard our large, comfortable and safe vessel enjoy a VIP luncheon gourmet grazing platter, including a delicious array of seafood selections. Dietary requirements can be catered to.

The cruise concludes at Mersey Point (mainland jetty).

Gourmet style platters including local fresh seafood are served after the tour concludes at Mersey Point Jetty. However, you are welcome to bring your own food
and drink or pick up your supplies from Pengos Cafe next door to the Visitor Centre once you are checked in .
All snorkelling equipment is provided including a wetsuit but you
can bring your own if you wish. Please wear swimsuit, bring a change of clothes and comfortable shoes. PLEASE BRING a warm/windproof jacket and/or jumper.
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 8 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.

Perth Wildlife Encounters (Penguin Island)
Blessed with white sandy beaches and surrounded by crystal clear waters, Penguin Island is just 45 minutes south of Perth and lies a five minute ferry ride away in the heart of the ruggedly spectacular Shoalwater Islands Marine Park. The wildlife is the star attraction. Join us for a cruise to see wild dolphins and rare Australian sea lions before getting up close with the world’s smallest penguins! Island rangers present penguin feedings at 10.30am, 12.30pm & 2.30pm daily. Getting here is easy with ferries departing hourly from 9am to 3pm. Spend as long, or as little as you like to swim, snorkel, picnic, explore the nature trails and beaches before catching a return ferry at your leisure.
