Your expert instructors will teach you all the basics of standing up on your board and the paddling techniques to get you moving, all in the stunning surroundings of this wonderful area where sandy beach and impressive mansions line the shore. With all your equipment provided, all you need to bring is your sense of adventure and enthusiasm to learn this super fun activity on the water. Suitable for ages 12 and over, this 60-Minute Beginner’s Group SUP Lesson is the perfect introduction to paddle-boarding and a unique birthday gift for that friend celebrating their big day on the Gold Coast.

Your stand up paddle board lesson begins with a safety briefing and basic instruction, followed by a demonstration by an instructor for a full visual of what to expect. Then we get you out on the water to experience ‘walking on water’ for the first time!
Our paddle boarding lessons are close to shore, flat water only and very easy to get the hang of. Whilst your instructor helps you along the way with balance tips, they will coordinate the group to begin paddle technique training to ensure you are all the best paddlers by the end of the lesson. We have loads of fun on the water!
Our Instructors are Surfing Queensland accredited and our equipment is the best quality on the Gold Coast. Photos are taken during the lesson and are available for purchase afterwards! The smiles are contagious! Love to SUP!
The Gold Coast has amazing waterways to explore!
If the participants have no prior experience, that’s okay - this is a beginner lesson! If the participant has a low swimming ability, they must wear a life vest for safety (at an additional cost).
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 2 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
