Do you cater to food restrictions?
We cater for vegetarians (or non-pork, non-beef, non-chicken, non-fish/shellfish). Unfortunately at this time we are not able to cater to gluten-free, vegan diets or for severe/life-threatening food allergies.
Are children welcome?
Yes! And children not eating ages up to 7 years can attend free of charge. You are welcome to bring a baby stroller.
Do you offer parking information?
Yes, once you purchase your ticket, an automated email will be sent to your email account with parking information.
How long are the tours?
All of our tours are between 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the type of tour and the size of the group.
How much walking is involved?
We walk about half a mile at all of our tours. We make plenty of resting stops in between. We walk at a moderate pace.
Are the tours wheelchair and baby stroller accessible?
Yes.
Please bring a mask with you on your tour.
PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO CHECK IN:
The tour leaves the meeting point 5-10 minutes after it started. Once the tour started, tour guides are not able to be on the phone out of respect to other guests on the tour.

TIPPING YOUR TOUR GUIDE:
In the tour industry, it is customary to tip the tour guide. Therefore, if you enjoyed the tour, please make sure to take care of your guide.
WEATHER:
We tour rain or shine, please bring an umbrella or poncho if it is announced to rain. Wear comfortable shoes. Tour ends a few blocks away from the meeting point.
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
