Great for Groups and couples! An Intimate Experience of French Quarter Food and Music, we are famous for our French Quarter Shrimp Boils. Step away from the tourist crowds and join us for a private dinner party celebrating the flavors and sounds of the Quarter. Enjoy this opportunity to experience it as a VIP, with a small group and Mister Gregory himself preparing your meal. This is a 90 minute dinner and show experience.
The Shrimp Boil Experience begins with a tasting of fresh caught fish from Lake Pontchartrain. Then a local blue crab appetizer, an alligator sausage tasting and a presentation about our wild-caught Gulf shrimp. We prepare the boil in front of you then invite you inside where we present the shrimp, cooked with corn and local sausage, and our special blend of Cajun boil seasonings. Later, we bring out hot towels to clean up and to finish we present a signature dessert and a tasting of New Orleans style chicory cafe au lait.
Through-out the dinner experience we present a live performance from the Jazz and Blues, Burlesque, and Cabaret clubs of the French Quarter to entertain you. Please join us for a lovely dinner party, make some new friends and eat the very best shrimp in the world. Or join us for lunch and hear stories from Mister Gregory about our fishery and the rich heritage of Cajun and Creole cuisine.

The menu changes constantly, but the main course, the Shrimp Boil, is always on the menu. They might serve Pink Shrimp, Brown Shrimp, White Shrimp, Royal Reds or Hoppers - whatever is the best quality running that day. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. Not suitable for vegans/vegetarians - or for folks that don't eat shellfish. BYOB!
