Goat Yoga Near Houston With Mimosas
Goat Yoga and Farm Experience
Goat Yoga is a fun interactive way to let loose and giggle while going through a basic yoga flow class. It’s NOT a serious practice and is truly ideal for new or first time yogis. I think of it as Yoga play time and so do the goats. So why not get outside in the country for a couple hours, unify your mind, body and breath with this 5000 year old practice while laughing and snuggling with adorable little baby goats?
If you wish, you can arrive before class and explore the property. After class we will stroll around the property with a Mimosa in hand.
This is an experience like no other. Combining the benefits of yoga with the calming and loving connection with goats will leave you feeling light, happy and wanting more.
Additional Experience Details & Important Information
The farm is located just 30 minutes west of Houston and 10 minutes west of Katy.
Goats are curious and are likely to sit on your mat, hop on your back and maybe even nibble your toes. Goats are NOT potty trained animals.
Participants may be required to show valid ID. A virgin mimosa option is available for those under 21.
Please bring your yoga mat or you can rent a mat for $4.
What to expect:
Spend approximately 40 minutes doing yoga and the rest of the time enjoying the animals and the property!
You will have plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy time with animals in each experience.
You will meet Daryl, the cow, Miss Piggie and a farm full of friendly animals!
Classes will be held outdoors.
Hand sanitizer is provided.
