KNOW BEFORE YOU GO...
PARKING: There is NO onsite parking provided. Street parking is available.
AGE: 21+ only (no children or infants)
RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, NO pets of ANY kind are allowed.
GRATUITY: Tour guide gratuity is not included in your ticket. As a general guideline, a standard tip is around 10% of the total tour price. However, if you've received exceptionally good service, it's thoughtful to say 'thank you' with a tip closer to 15-20%.
DISTANCE: Most of our routes cover a total of 10 blocks or less, with venue stops in-between, that are generally 20-25 minutes in length. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Please communicate wheelchairs and scooters, when booking. Some restaurants require the navigation of several steps and sitting at high tables.
If walking is a concern, we recommend one of our riding experiences (St. Augustine only).
WEATHER: Tours are held rain or shine. While tours are conducted mostly indoors, we do travel outdoors from one stop to the next. Check the forecast and come prepared as we do not provide umbrellas. Tours may be rescheduled based on SEVERE conditions, such as a hurricane! Guests will be notified in advance if we decide to cancel or reschedule a particular tour. However, if you drink enough wine...you won't even notice the weather! :)
HYDRATION: During the warm weather months, we highly recommend bringing a bottled water with you. We must stay hydrated! :)

Cancellations & Refunds
Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.

Tour Guides
The City of St. Augustine requires that anyone who, for compensation, offers to show and describe the points of interest and historical places in the city must obtain a Tour Guide License. Tour guides must be 18 years of age or older and must pass an examination as to their knowledge of the history of the city; the names and location of streets and highways, proper designations and history of the various points of historical and general interest within the city and its vicinity and other pertinent and important information.
