Know Before You Book
- Private Tours can accommodate five adult riders per Tuk Tuk. 6 guests are ok with group that includes children and adults.
- We cannot accommodate wheelchair, walker, luggage, or stroller storage aboard the Tuk Tuk.
- Please leave bulky backpacks at home. All personal items must be stored in your lap. Large bags, bulky items, luggage, strollers, folding wheelchairs and walkers will not fit inside the Tuk Tuk.
- This is a family-friendly tour. Guides are trained to ensure everyone is safe as well as having a great time! Families with children ages 5+ are permitted on private tours. Please remember to bring the required car seat(s) / booster seats for any young children. Tuk Tuks do have seatbelts for each guest. Each child is assigned one of the 6 available seats. The tuk tuk is not set up for infants.

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 2 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
