You'll enjoy a guided walking tour through Windsor where your guide will take you through a town steeped in centuries of British history and culture with sights including the Guildhall, Crooked House, Market Street and the famous Windsor Bridge.
Following the walking tour you'll enter Windsor Castle where, using a multimedia audio guide, you'll be able to visit the State Apartments, Banqueting Rooms, Queen Mary's Dolls House & St George's Chapel – home of the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle along with Prince Philip's funeral.
This tour uses the National Rail train service to commute between London & Windsor with return train tickets included. By using the train you'll reach Windsor quicker and arrive in the centre of the town ready to get straight into your day of exploring and so is a much better option than by travelling by bus/coach.
Windsor is a gorgeous town with close proximity to London and is a must-do day trip for those looking to get out of London and explore one of the most famous British towns that is rich in both history and culture.
Please note that large items (e.g. suitcases, large backpacks and baby strollers) cannot be taken into Windsor Castle and there are no storage facilities available within the Castle.
We strongly recommend arranging storage for these items in London prior to joining the tour.
Please also note that you will go through airport style security prior to entering the Castle.
Your tour guide will not accompany you into Windsor Castle. On entry into Windsor Castle you will be able to pick up a multi-media audio guide (narrated by Prince Charles!) that allows you to explore the Castle at your own pace and in your own unique way.
Following your walking tour of Windsor you will have the chance to grab some lunch prior to entering the Castle. Lunch is not included in the price of the tour. There are many lunch options to choose from in Windsor with lots of variety for all food types.

Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
