Your experience begins when you arrive at the Sportstrand in Zingst. Your friendly instructor will show you the ropes by getting you set up with a wetsuit, board and paddle. Next, you'll be led to the sunny beach. You'll receive a brief on-land tutorial to help you gain your bearings, then get ready to head out onto the water! Enjoy splashing around as you take on the smooth waters and improve your balance. Take in the stunning views of Germany's most beautiful nature reserve as you float along the Baltic Sea and feel at peace. You'll be surprised how easily one can pick up paddle boarding!

If you've never paddled a SUP before, this course is for you!
We will teach you the basics of SUP surfing, prepare you in individual training and give you specific tips

Depending on the weather and waves - we use our paddle boards (large surfboards) for paddling with paddles in the course! If we have waves and/or too much wind we use smaller surfboards in the course
