Stuttgart Experience Gifts: Join an expert instructor on the Neckar for a two and a half hour stand up paddle boarding lesson that aims to make any beginner a confident paddler by the end of it!
You’ll meet your qualified instructor at the Riverbeach bar in Stuttgart, where you’ll be equipped with your stand up paddle board, before beginning the experience with a 30 minute on-land introduction and safety briefing. Next, you'll head out onto the water, where you’ll be taught how to paddle safely and steer, navigating your way around the river. Finally, it’s up to you how to spend your last hour! You can opt for further tuition from your instructors, a selection of on-water games, or your own time to relax and do as you please.

In this course you will learn safe paddling, steering and navigating. We will also inform you about safety aspects, priority rules and material science.
Procedure:
You start with a half-hour briefing and a safety briefing on land.
This is followed by an hour on the water with an explanation of the technology and further information.
You spend the second hour on the water. Depending on your wishes, we will help you to refine the technique or teach you the race technique. Alternatively, you can choose between fun and games or relaxation and nature experiences.
Please bring: Towel, sunscreen, sun hat, extra clothes
No experience on the SUP required
Children under the age of 15 must e accompanied by a participating adult.
